Outing Deposit - 9/9/26 @ 11AM. PSCT. Jim Wasik

Please use this link to pay the deposit for your golf event. 

In order to reach a settled agreement between Birdsfoot and PSCT to hold an outing or tournament at Birdsfoot, we have put together a contract to make all obligations clear between Birdsfoot and the interested group.

Birdsfoot will provide PSCT  the following starting time(s), on the date of Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11am.

Please keep us posted if group size is more or less than expected. Birdsfoot will secure these times for 40-60 golfers. If Birdsfoot is not notified within 10 days of the event date of any change in the number of the attendees, final billing will be based on the most recently guaranteed number on file. Groups are financially responsible for 95% of the guarantee.  Just be sure to tell us if the the number is different. 

Birdsfoot requires a deposit to secure space for an event. This deposit of $300 will be applied to the final bill unless there is a discrepancy (without prior notice) between the number of players booked and the actual number of attendees.

Cancellation must occur one month prior to the event to avoid forfeit of the deposit. However, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduling of the event or scheduling a new event. All events are considered playable as scheduled. Birdsfoot Management will be the sole determiner of the golf hole assignments for participating groups. Birdsfoot Management is the sole judge as to whether the course is playable.

By paying this deposit, you agree to the above terms.

Final Billing is due and payable the day of the event.  We will keep the deposit on file and credit you on the day of the event.  Thank you!
