Birdsfoot requires a deposit to secure space for an event. This deposit of $ $1000 will be applied to the final bill unless there is a discrepancy (without prior notice) between the number of players booked and the actual number of attendees.
Cancellation must occur one month prior to the event to avoid forfeit of the deposit. However, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduling of the event or scheduling a new event. All events are considered playable as scheduled. Birdsfoot Management is the sole judge as to whether the course is playable.
Final Billing is due and payable the day of the event. We will keep the deposit on file and credit you on the day of the event. Thank you!
